NEW - CRM Call Centre Modul

The new customer call centre of OLGA will help you to control and process customer contacts. With this module you will get an overview


of all upcoming customer contacts from the modules CRM campaigns, reminders, mail basket and service provider cockpit.
It is therefore not only a typical call centre tool, but also suitable for all other clerks who have contact with the customer.
They can record the result of the calls rapidly by using a simplified note functionality and create a resubmission immediatly.
